Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bob Jones!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Aleksandr Martynov and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones closes the distance and clinches up with Anatoly, looking for a takedown. Jones pushes Anatoly against the cage but Anatoly circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Anatoly takes the fight into the clinch.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Anatoly creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Anatoly escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jones looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Anatoly clinches up against the cage.
Anatoly's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Anatoly lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Jones backwards.
Jones tries for a takedown but Anatoly manages to get underhooks.
Andrei Anatoly has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bob Jones.
Anatoly leaning his opponent against the cage.
Anatoly scores with a shoulder strike.
A left hand lands to the body for Anatoly.
Anatoly is working Jones over against the cage.
Anatoly pushes Jones back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Anatoly scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Anatoly lands a body shot.

Anatoly has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Jones clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
I would not like to be Jones right now.
Jones is trying to break free.
Anatoly doesn't have the hooks in and Jones manages to turn into his guard.

Jones is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Anatoly is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Anatoly has escaped and now he's on top!
Jones looks gassed!
Jones wants to sweep here but Anatoly controlling him for the moment.

Jones thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Anatoly is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Jones bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Anatoly's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Anatoly looking for a sweep. Not yet Anatoly, not yet.

Jones drops back looking for a leg! Anatoly is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Anatoly manages to kick Jones off! Jones jumps back into Anatoly's guard.
Jones passes Anatoly's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Jones is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Anatoly doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jones.
Jones thows a huge punch but Anatoly dodges it nicely.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Anatoly wants to improve his position but Jones is controlling well.

Jones has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Anatoly defend it? Jones steps over the head and cranks it - Anatoly is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Jones!
