Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vesa Asikainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ling Manchu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ling Manchu will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Richard Clark and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asikainen looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Asikainen shoots for a double leg takedown but Manchu sprawls well. He's pushed Asikainen's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Manchu accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Manchu is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

That was a close round but I would say that Vesa Asikainen will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Manchu clobbers Asikainen with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Manchu doesn't manage to clinch there - Asikainen circles away.

Well Manchu has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
