Lee kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Skepta - Shut Down. The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lowery tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lee was well out of range. Poor timing from Lowery.
Lowery smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Lee takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Lowery misses with a wild combination.
Lee's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Lowery connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Lee scrambles back to his feet.
Lowery sizes up Lee with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Lowery digs a good hook to Lee's body.
Lee shoots for a double leg takedown but Lowery sprawls well. He's pushed Lee's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Lowery drops Lee with a beautiful combination! Lee stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Lowery is looking for the KO!
Lee is rocked!
It looks like James Lee has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lowery Throws a clean left jab. Lowery Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Lee's chin! Lee crumbles to the ground and Lowery follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Lowery!
