The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aberig cracks Tankey with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Aberig has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Tankey to stand back up!
Tankey is rocked! Tankey gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Tankey is still on wobbly legs! Can Aberig finish him? Aberig finds Tankey's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Tankey flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Aberig lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Tankey will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Husian Aberig! Husian Aberig decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
