The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pausini takes one to the side of the head.
It looks like Luca Pausini has been cut.
McLean ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pausini moves away.
A cross from McLean lands.
McLean looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Pausini ducks under a wild hook from McLean.
A little jabbing left from Pausini on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
McLean looks to land a left hand but Pausini moved out of range nicely.
It seemed like Pausini was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
McLean comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
McLean sends Pausini crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! McLean is motioning to the referee to let Pausini up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McLean lands a brutal uppercut that launches Pausini off his feet! Pausini tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
