Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Konstantin Manison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Pereira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Manison's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Wherever I May Roam. Pereira has chosen Game of Thrones as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pereira misses with a body kick.
Manison misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Pereira.
Manison lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
A slow jab from Manison misses its intended target.
Manison lands a body shot.
Pereira avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Nice uppercut lands for Pereira. That snapped Manison's head back.
Pereira connects with a looping right hand.
We've been told by Manison's head coaches at St Petersburg MMA Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Manison lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Manison misses with a hook.
Konstantin Manison seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pereira tries a quick counter leg kick but Manison is wise to it.
Manison looks to score with a jab to the body but Pereira is just out of range.

Pereira scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Pereira moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Pereira looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Manison will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Manison closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Manison bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Pereira's head.

Pereira fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Manison.
Pereira throws a leg kick but Manison sees it coming and moves out of range.
Manison bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Pereira's head.
Pereira takes a swing at Manison's ribcage but misses.

Pereira looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Manison throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
A little jabbing left from Pereira on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Manison fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Pereira manages to avoid it.

Manison looks to land a combination. Pereira sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Pereira displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Manison throws out the jab.
Pereira has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.
Manison closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Pereira! Manison dives in looking to finish! Pereira is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
