Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Brighton misses.
Brighton throws a body punch but GRIM moves out of range.
Some wild striking there from Brighton.
GRIM slips a jab and a cross from Brighton.
GRIM tries to close the distance and clinch up but Brighton swats him away and circles back towards the center.
GRIM throws a right and a left that both miss.
GRIM stalks Brighton and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Brighton's face. Brighton staggers backwards, shaken.
Brighton avoids a punch combination nicely.
Brighton moves into the clinch.
Brighton gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
It looks like Randy GRIM has been cut.
Brighton lands a nice knee to the body.
GRIM is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Come on Brighton - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Brighton breaks the clinch.
GRIM takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Brighton lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Brighton measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes GRIM! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Nick Brighton!
