Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roger Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ante Pavelic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frost kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Fight for your rights. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Roger Frost! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ante Pavelic! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Darius Henderson and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frost is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Pavelic. Frost definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Pavelic is trying hard to land a takedown here. Frost sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Frost lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Pavelic throws a head kick that misses and Frost counters with a shoot takedown. Pavelic fights it but they end up in guard. Frost trying to control but Pavelic is working from the bottom. Frost lands a couple of elbows. Pavelic is controlling Frost's posture. Frost controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Frost throws a big elbow that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frost working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Pavelic looking to hit a scissor sweep but Frost is one step ahead there. Pavelic is pulling down on Frost's head. It's preventing any offense from Frost, at least for the moment. Frost is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Frost is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Frost throws a strike but Pavelic rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Pavelic being controlled here momentarily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Frost keeping moving, preventing Pavelic from controlling successfully. Pavelic is fighting to break Frost's control of his arms but Frost is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Frost can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Pavelic controls the pace. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Pavelic trying to control but Frost is working from the bottom.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frost throws a nice head kick!
Frost feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Pavelics jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Good leg kick by Frost there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Pavelic misses with a low kick. Pavelic fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. A good leg kick by Frost. Frost throws a head kick but Pavelic moves out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pavelic wants to clinch up but Frost keeps it at a distance. Frost attempts a counter takedown but Pavelic avoids it well and moves away. Frost scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Pavelic wants to clinch but Frost slips to the side enabling Frost to counter with a crisp jab. Pavelic tries a head kick but it misses.
Frost looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Frost.
Pavelic tries to close the distance and clinch but Frost swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Frost feinted with a counter takedown. Frost lands with a straight right. Pavelic didn't see that one coming. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Pavelic throws a head kick that misses. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Frost lands a head kick. Pavelic smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Frost plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Pavelic throws a lazy body kick and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Roger Frost dominated that round. That's time! Frost's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Pavelic takes one on the button. Pavelic swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Frost counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Pavelic fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Ante Pavelic is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Frost thuds his shin into the meat of Pavelic's side. Frost scores with a body shot.
Frost plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Pavelic tries to close the distance and clinch but Frost swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Frost drops down looking for a counter takedown but Pavelic sprawls and moves away. Pavelic tries to clinch but fails miserably and Frost counters with a head kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A jab lands there for Frost. Frost lands with a shot to the body. Roger Frost is winning the standup battle so far. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pavelic is defended easily by Frost.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Frost. Pavelic shrugs it off though. Frost scores with a push kick. Pavelic misses with a combination
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Pavelic throws a head kick that misses and Frost counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Pavelic is breathing heavily. Frost landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Pavelic is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Frost scores with a couple of nice shots.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Frost seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Pavelic does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Pavelic is trying to get back to full guard. Frost takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Frost knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pavelic on the ground. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Frost is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Frost connects with a nice short shot to Pavelic's temple. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Frost is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Frost not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Frost lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Frost works his way into side control. Frost scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Pavelic to see if he's OK. Frost looks up at the clock and then as Pavelic takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Frost smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Pavelic is pushing Frost's head away, looking to escape. Frost manages to hold on to the position though. Check out the look on Frost's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Pavelic is being controlled here. Roger Frost overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Frost is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Pavelic knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Frost lands a few punches from side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Frost thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Pavelic wants to control but Frost postures up. Frost lands some shots froms side control. Frost works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Frost works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Frost wants to control but Pavelic is keeping him busy. Pavelic is not in a great position here, taking some shots. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Roger Frost dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Pavelic with a poor takedown and Frost makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Pavelic really felt that one! The fight moves into the clinch position. Frost lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pavelic wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round. Pavelic throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Frost blocks it with crossed arms. Pavelic fails to pull guard.
Pavelic takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Frost lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Pavelic backwards. Frost is pressed up against the cage. Pavelic has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Frost down to the mat. Frost avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Roger Frost has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ante Pavelic. A slapping body kick lands there for Frost. Frost moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Frost lands with an overhand left. Frost rushes Pavelic and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Frost lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Pavelic is rocked! The two fighters are battling for control here. Pavelic trying to break out of Frost's Thai clinch. Frost unloads with a massive knee right up the middle that drops Pavelic to the canvas! He's out cold! Wow, what a knee by Frost!
