Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Peter Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leandro Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peter Parker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leandro Jones! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parker gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Jones gets control of Parker's arms and successfully pulls guard. Jones will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Jones working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Parker doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Parker manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Jones looking to control.
Jones is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jones is looking to take a break and control but Parker is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Parker manages to get to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jones avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's one minute gone in the round. Jones is thwarting Parker's attempts to control the position. Parker wants to improve his position but Jones is controlling well.

Jones can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Parker is looking to escape. Jones has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Parker's face.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones tries to control but Parker wriggling away. Parker wants to hold on but Jones pushes him away. Jones wants to control the pace but Parker is squirming around nicely. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Jones wants to control the action but instead Parker gets a body lock and reverses into Jones's guard! Nice work! Parker is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Gym of the Gods that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet. Parker trying to control the position from guard on top but Jones is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Parker throws a big right hand that misses. Parker sitting in guard here, content to control. Parker is looking to work some ground and pound but Jones has wrist control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones is looking to stand back up but Parker counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Jones. Jones looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Parker is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Jones tries to hold on but Parker postures up. Jones working to try and regain half guard.
Jones manages to regain half guard. Good work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jones looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones tries to get to full guard but Parker has control of the leg. Parker working Jones over with strikes. Parker is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jones is just riding it out for now. Parker eventually gives up the hold. Parker is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Jones sees it coming and defends easily. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Parker prevents Jones from improving his position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Leandro Jones will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Parker misses with a takedown attempt and Jones counters with a straight right hand. Parker tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Jones manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Peter Parker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jones drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Parker manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Jones has Parker in his guard. That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Parker keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Jones's head. Jones looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Parker missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Parker postures up in Jones's guard and throws a big left but Jones blocks it. Parker forces his way into half guard. Parker throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Jones to regain full guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jones wants to get back to his feet but Parker is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Jones is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Parker is aware though and is defending well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Leandro Jones will probably get the nod - 10:9. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Parker drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Parker pushes Jones up against the cage in a clinch. Parker is pressed up against the cage. Jones has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Parker down to the mat. Parker avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Parker moves into range and clinches up with Jones. Parker gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Jones.

That's one minute gone in the round. Parker ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Parker no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Jones postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Parker is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Jones, into his guard. Parker advances to half guard. Parker with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Parker blocks the strikes from Jones.
Jones is not content to let Parker control the position. Parker throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Parker in particular looking to stall. Jones wants to control but Parker is keeping busy and won't allow it. Parker not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Jones actively working from the bottom here. He's hooked one of Parker's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Parker's back! Leandro Jones has got the better of the ground game so far.

Jones gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes. A lull in the action here.
Peter Parker has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Leandro Jones is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Jones lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
Jones looking to break Parker's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Parker remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Jones will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! Jones is working the back position looking for the choke.
