Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matti Wanhanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Hayes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wanhanen comes to the cage accompanied by Mina olen by Kotiteollisuus. Hayes is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by 50cent - IŽll WHIP YA HEAD BOY. Gary Hayes has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gary Hayes!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hayes takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
It looks like Gary Hayes has been cut.
Nice body punch from Wanhanen.
Wanhanen avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Hayes blocks a jab.
Wanhanen drops Hayes with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hayes looks back up at him and smiles so Wanhanen waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Wanhanen throws a body punch but Hayes moves out of range.
Hayes looks to land a left hand but Wanhanen moved out of range nicely.
Wanhanen lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hayes is rocked!
Wanhanen sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Hayes's defenses. It connects perfectly with Hayes's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Matti Wanhanen!
