And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Felipe Cirkunov!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cirkunov tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Northcutt counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Cirkunov is trying to hold Northcutt in close to prevent damage but Northcutt has managed to pass into half guard.
Cirkunov controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cirkunov won't allow Northcutt to pass to mount.
Cirkunov makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Cirkunov.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cirkunov has his feet on Northcutt's thighs here. He's pushed Northcutt off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Northcutt screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
