Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Damion Suarez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ned Bigsbee! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A lazy body kick from Bigsbee and Suarez counters with a two punch combo. Bigsbee scores with a takedown into Suarez's guard. Suarez keeping moving, preventing Bigsbee from controlling successfully. Bigsbee stands and throws Suarez's legs to the side, diving into side control. Bigsbee tries to stand but Suarez is controlling his head. Suarez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bigsbee on the ground. Bigsbee tries to advance to mount but Suarez denies him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bigsbee tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Suarez trying his best to control but Bigsbee has mounted him. Bigsbee trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Suarez is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Bigsbee can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Suarez is looking to escape. Bigsbee thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Suarez might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Suarez is just holding on here. Bigsbee manages to take his back.
Suarez could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Bigsbee looking for the RNC. Suarez trying to get back to his feet but Bigsbee is in full control for now. Bigsbee is not going to allow Suarez to sit and survive in this position. Bigsbee is persistently looking for the submission but Suarez is defending it well.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Bigsbee just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.
Suarez is covering up but some of the strikes from Bigsbee are getting through and doing damage.
Suarez trying to control the action but Bigsbee just sinks the hooks in. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Suarez wants to escape the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Suarez trying to control but not successfully. Suarez defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Bigsbee has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Suarez has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Bigsbee is riding his opponent, not letting Suarez buck him off. Suarez fending off the submission attempt from Bigsbee. A lull in the action here.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bigsbee is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ned Bigsbee dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Bigsbee gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Suarez to score an easy takedown into full guard. Bigsbee is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Suarez tries to roll over but Bigsbee keeps him under control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Suarez has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bigsbee is working away from the top position though. Bigsbee is figuring out what he wants to do next. Suarez is staying active underneath Bigsbee, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Suarez tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Bigsbee tries to pass to full mount but Suarez defends it. Suarez manages to get to full guard.
Ned Bigsbee has got the better of the ground game so far. Bigsbee wants to control from the top but Suarez keeps moving. Suarez striking off his back but it's not causing Bigsbee any problems. Bigsbee working some strikes from top position. Bigsbee engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Bigsbee working some strikes from top position. Suarez is trying to control the position but Bigsbee postures up. Bigsbee postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Suarez wants to stand and escape but Bigsbee is having none of it. Suarez has a closed guard, preventing Bigsbee from standing up.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Suarez drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Bigsbee wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Bigsbee is trying to hold Suarez in close to prevent damage but Suarez has managed to pass into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Suarez passes into side control, despite Bigsbee's attempt to control the position.
Bigsbee is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Suarez has just dragged him back down to the mat. Bigsbee sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Bigsbee tries to kick Suarez off but Suarez keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Bigsbee wants to control but Suarez is keeping busy and won't allow it. Bigsbee is trying to stand up here but Suarez is controlling him well. Bigsbee controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Bigsbee is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Bigsbee decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Suarez taking some punishment here, with Bigsbee in his half guard. Suarez wants to control the action here but instead Bigsbee manages to pass to full mount! Suarez tries to hold on but Bigsbee pushes him away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Ned Bigsbee will probably get the nod - 10:9. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Bigsbee instigates a clinch. Bigsbee pulls guard. Bigsbee wants to sweep here but Suarez controlling him for the moment. Bigsbee is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Bigsbee is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bigsbee wants to hit a switch here but Suarez passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Bigsbee there!

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Bigsbee is in all sorts of trouble here.
Bigsbee gets back to half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Bigsbee manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Suarez content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Suarez postures up.
Bigsbee is looking for a triangle here but Suarez uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Bigsbee takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Suarez laying and praying for a moment but Bigsbee takes advantage and regains half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bigsbee is controlling Suarez's trapped leg to prevent Suarez from advancing to side control. Bigsbee wants to control but Suarez is keeping busy.
Bigsbee is pressing down on Suarez's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Bigsbee looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Suarez throws a big right hand that misses.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Ned Bigsbee is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. A punch combination from Suarez misses. Bigsbee fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Suarez, pushing him back against the cage. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Suarez being controlled against the cage. Suarez's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Ned Bigsbee. I've got Bigsbee winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
