Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Oskar De La Hoya!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Walter White!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White leaves De La Hoya with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
A clash of legs there as De La Hoya blocks the low kick.
De La Hoya doesn't succeed with the takedown
and De La Hoya takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
White avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A nice side step and White releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

De La Hoya throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. White tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. De La Hoya is in White's guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as White holds on and takes a little breather.
White looking to control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
White seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from De La Hoya is defended easily by White.
White is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.

De La Hoya shoots for a double leg takedown but White sprawls well. He's pushed De La Hoya's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

De La Hoya sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed White's guard.
De La Hoya prevents White from improving his position.
White controlling the position well.
De La Hoya thows a huge punch but White dodges it nicely.
De La Hoya has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

White told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.

De La Hoya wants to work for an arm triangle but White is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

De La Hoya connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused White some visible discomfort.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


White darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
White blocks a head kick by De La Hoya.

De La Hoya slips a jab and a cross from White.
Oskar De La Hoya is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
De La Hoya circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! White drops to the canvas, hurt badly! De La Hoya follows White to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Oskar De La Hoya!
Oskar De La Hoya gave a mention to V-Mask Clothing (10%) in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
