The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gibbs gets tackled into the cage by Ironstone. Ironstone maintains the clinch.
Ironstone lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Ironstone breaks the clinch.
Ironstone throws a body punch but Gibbs moves out of range.
Ironstone tries to clinch up
and Gibbs counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Ironstone swats away the attempt to clinch by Gibbs.
Ironstone lands a glancing blow to the side of Gibbs's head.

Ironstone closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Gibbs escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Rodney Ironstone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ironstone uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gibbs.
Ironstone throws a counter combo.

Ironstone closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
A head punch on the inside from Gibbs fails to land.
Gibbs tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Ironstone escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ironstone throws a shot from downtown. Gibbs moves away and avoids it.

Ironstone looks to land a combination but Gibbs avoids it well.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gibbs. Ironstone does a little dance to reset his feet.
Ironstone scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Ironstone throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Gibbs lands with a kick to the temple. Ironstone shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Gibbs takes one on the button.

Gibbs is rocked!
Gibbs doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Oh Gibbs is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gibbs is breathing heavily.
Ironstone scores with a body shot.
Ironstone throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

Ironstone closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Gibbs out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
