And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ville Marakatti!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Joseph Jones and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Marakatti is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Keats defends well.

Keats seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Marakatti for as long as he can get away with.
Our spies down at at Midnight MMA inform us that Marakatti has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Keats feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Marakatti pushes a forearm under Keats's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Keats is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
