Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edwards lands with a nice combination. Delamitri backs away looking to recover.
Edwards throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Edwards has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Edwards should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Edwards shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Delamitri sprawls well. Delamitri wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Edwards gets slowly back to his feet.

Delamitri lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Edwards circles away quickly and effectively.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Delamitri just misses with a elbow thrown towards Edwards's brow.

Delamitri throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Edwards was covering up waiting for the punch and Delamitri finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Delamitri remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Delamitri takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Delamitri fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Edwards sprawls well initially but Delamitri persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Delamitri's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Delamitri cracks Edwards with a big right hand but Edwards just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Edwards parries the strikes from Delamitri easily there. Delamitri is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Edwards to escape.

David Delamitri overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Delamitri is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Edwards knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Edwards backs away from a small jab... but Delamitri lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Edwards crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Delamitri with a spectacular finish!
