The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Goyf jabbing away but nothing is landing. Goyf throws a sloppy head kick and Chantry moves out of range easily. Chantry changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Goyf seems to be stalking Chantry here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Chantry drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Tarmo Goyf! Tarmo Goyf decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
