Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shogan Aye (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Burns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burns has chosen Rock Master Scott & The Dynamic Three - The Roof Is On Fire as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Aye is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Aye looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Burns with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Burns has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Burns crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Aye - the referee stops the clock and Burns gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Aye. Burns manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Well Aye has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
