Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between James O Neill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Dirt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, James O Neill ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Joe Dirt! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Matheus Silva and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dirt darts in and clinches O Neill up against the cage. O Neill is pressed up against the cage. Dirt has hold of a leg and is looking to drag O Neill down to the mat. O Neill avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. The fight moves into the clinch position. Dirt has dropped down and is working for a takedown. O Neill is trying to keep an underhook but Dirt manages to get the takedown into half guard. O Neill manages to escape and get back to his feet! Horrible takedown attempt by Dirt or perhaps it was just good defense by O Neill , which made it look bad. Dirt shoots in and drives through. O Neill sprawls well. James O Neill has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Dirt. O Neill gets a takedown into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dirt wants to control but O Neill is keeping busy.
O Neill is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Dirt is looking to control O Neill 's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dirt avoid being mounted? Dirt regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dirt is looking to cinch up a triangle. O Neill throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Dirt's body to avoid the submission. Dirt has instead reached around O Neill 's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Dirt arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Joe Dirt!
