Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Wilson Wills (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Niko Vetrov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vetrov has chosen Enae Volare Mezzo as his entrance music. Wilson Wills has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Wilson Wills! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Niko Vetrov! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Peter Branson and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wills dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Vetrov. That did some damage! Vetrov misses with an uppercut
and Wills counters with a stiff right hand. Vetrov's coach down at All Time Wrestling - 12 ELITE COACHES was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Vetrov's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Vetrov has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Wills. Vetrov clinches up against the cage. Vetrov blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
I was talking to Wills's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Wills gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Vetrov tries to kick Wills off in order to stand up. Wills Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Wills is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Vetrov is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Wills staying calm. Wills tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Wills has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's one minute gone in the round. Wills is working to tighten his grip on Vetrov's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Vetrov has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Wills is really squeezing tight and eventually Vetrov passes out! Wills breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
