Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Parker Michaels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Pan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Parker Michaels! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Peter Pan! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pan fails with an attempt to clinch.
Michaels gets the takedown into side control. Michaels tries for a kimura but Pan is defending well. Pan prevents Michaels from improving position. Pan tries to get back to half guard but can't. Michaels goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Pan has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Michaels but great work by Pan. Pan trying to control the position but Michaels is working away. Michaels has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Michaels is trying to get back to half guard. Michaels holding on.

Michaels defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Pan tries to control but Michaels wriggling away. Pan moves to back control. Michaels really must keep his cool here. He's controlling one of Pan's hands and whilst he does that, he's got a chance of escaping the position. Pan has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Michaels has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Michaels trying to control the hands but Pan breaks the grip.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Michaels is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Well, with Pan on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Michaels is tapping out... Can he escape the position? Michaels tries to break free.
Michaels has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Pan. Michaels turns into Pan and is now in his guard.

Michaels slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Pan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Michaels doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Michaels manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Michaels thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Michaels is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Michaels pushes down on Pan's leg and manages to get into half guard. Michaels not doing much here.
Michaels is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Pan defends it well. Michaels works his foot free and advances to mount. Pan working to try and regain half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Michaels looking to control and managing it successfully. Pan tries to hold on but Michaels postures up. Michaels controlling from the full mount. Michaels goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Pan turns into him and now he's in Michaels's guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Michaels is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Parker Michaels will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Pan gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Michaels to score an easy takedown into full guard. Pan can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Michaels controls the pace. Michaels trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Michaels is working hard here to advance position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Michaels is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Parker Michaels overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Pan looking for a sweep. Not yet Pan, not yet. Pan is trying to control the position but Michaels postures up.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Pan is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Michaels wants to pass to mount but Pan is defending the position. Michaels is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Michaels looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Michaels slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Michaels preventing the sweep. Pan is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Michaels tries to roll over but Pan keeps him under control. Pan thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Michaels's head. Pan seems to be working for a kimura but Michaels defends the submission attempt. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Michaels is trying to get back to full guard. Michaels is in trouble now - Pan has advanced to mount! Michaels sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Michaels is concentrating on defense, preventing Pan from advancing position. Michaels is staying active underneath Pan, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Michaels preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Michaels's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Parker Michaels will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Pan displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Michaels throws out the jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pan tries to close the distance and clinch but Michaels swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Michaels appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Pan gets tackled into the cage by Michaels. Michaels maintains the clinch. Pan tries a knee to the head but Michaels blocks it.

No chance. Pan looking for a guillotine here but Michaels defends easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Michaels advances to half guard. Michaels is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Pan defends it well. Pan trying to control but Michaels postures up.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Michaels is looking for a kimura but Pan is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Michaels to get the leverage. Pan is trying to stand back up but Michaels is controlling him

And that's the end of the fight! Parker Michaels showed his dominance in that final round. Well Michaels has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
