Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Arturo Alvarado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jarkko Silli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jarkko Silli will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Arturo Alvarado!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jarkko Silli!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Peter Branson and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silli lands a big uppercut and Alvarado crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Alvarado looks OK. Silli waves Alvarado back to his feet!
Alvarado is rocked!
Silli throws a lazy body kick
and Alvarado counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Alvarado.
Oh Alvarado is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Alvarado is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Silli has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Alvarado has passed into side control.
Alvarado seems to have got his legs back now.
Alvarado has an Americana. Silli didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Alvarado is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Alvarado hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Arturo Alvarado!
Arturo Alvarado very nearly forgot to thank Highland Clothing amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
