PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Edogawa Conan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Conan's entrance music is Detective Conan Theme. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Edogawa Conan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Daniels!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Chris Edwards and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Conan does no damage.

Daniels tries to clinch up but Conan circles away and keeps his distance.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Edogawa Conan.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Conan, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Edogawa Conan seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
In defeat, Jack Daniels stepped up to the mic, saying 'Shit i knew i shouldn't have drunk that bottle of JD last night, Frank come on lets go get pissed.'.
