And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Daniel Bishop and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nowak fails with a takedown attempt.
Nowak fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but King avoids it really well and circles away.
A good leg kick by King.
King misses with a double jab.
King tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
King connects with a solid leg kick.
King throws a lazy body kick
and Nowak counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Nowak wants to advance to full mount but King doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
Nowak stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! King throws up his legs and catches Nowak in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Nowak tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by King! That came out of nowhere!
