Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Wyatt Barton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dwight Taylor!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Konstantin Menshow and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor misses with a few strikes there.
Dwight Taylor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Taylor dives in for a single leg takedown but Barton sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Barton seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Taylor shoots in but Barton avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Taylor moves into the clinch successfully.

Barton pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Barton with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Taylor to score with a decent uppercut.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Barton with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Taylor to score with a decent uppercut.
Taylor will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Dwight Taylor tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
