The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Paul Aken and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aker misses with a jab, cross combination.
Clavette misses with a left hand
and Aker counters with a nice uppercut.
Clavette loads up on a big right hand but Aker slips the punch.
Clavette misses with a straight left.
Aker digs a good body shot into Clavette's ribs.
Clavette waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Aker.
Aker takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Aker looks to score with a jab to the body but Clavette is just out of range.
Nice uppercut lands for Clavette. That snapped Aker's head back.
It looks like Malik Aker has been cut.
Clavette throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Aker counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Aker ducks under a wild hook from Clavette.
Clavette scores with a nice strike.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Aker misses with a series of wild punches.
Oooooh!!! Clavette has knocked Aker down with a huge combo! Clavette steps away and waves a wobbly Aker back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Aker is rocked!
Aker looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Clavette is fending him off so far but Aker persists. Nope, Clavette circles away and we're back to standing.
Oh Aker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Aker gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Clavette points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Aker wakes up just in time to hear Clavette thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Raoul Clavette!
