Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chucky Jason!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Seffu.
Jason keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Seffu.
Jason closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jason lands in his opponent's guard.
Jason slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Let's hope that Jason has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Seffu is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Seffu is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jason is aware though and is defending well.

Jason stays in close to Seffu's body and controls the position.
Jason tries to free his leg and advance position but Seffu is retaining full guard.
Seffu can't keep his opponent in guard - Jason advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Jason looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Seffu trying to hold on to Jason's head to control him but Jason postures up.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Jason gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Seffu fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jason manages to avoid it.
Seffu tries to clinch but Jason moves out of range.
Jason shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Seffu ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jason moves away.
Jason throws a jab but it's blocked by Seffu.
As Jason tries to get set, Seffu tries to push him back and clinch up but Jason manages to avoid the attempt.
Seffu rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Jason counters with a single leg into guard. Seffu didn't expect that.
Jason wants to pass the guard but Seffu is keeping the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Seffu looking to hit a scissor sweep but Jason is one step ahead there.
Jason is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Jason lands a couple of digs.
Jason passes Seffu's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Jason is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Well, if Jason is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Seffu is not content to let Jason control the position.
Jason slows the pace down in half guard.
Jason wants to take a breather but Seffu is having none of it.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chucky Jason dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Seffu connects with a nice looking jab.
It looks like Chucky Jason has been cut.

Jason shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Seffu slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Seffu tries to clinch there but Jason circles away.
