The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takeyama blocks the body kick.

Takeyama throws a head kick but Squirrel moves out of range.
As Takeyama looks to move away, Squirrel throws a big counter combo but Takeyama just gets out of the way.

Squirrel throws a big counter combination but Takeyama scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Takeyama throws a series of punches but Squirrel avoids them all with ease.

Squirrel lands a left and a right that send Takeyama crashing to the mat, dazed. Squirrel thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Takeyama throws a sloppy head kick and Squirrel moves out of range easily.
Takeyama get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Takeyama stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Squirrel runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
