Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rigel Arsscott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurt Kelle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Dirk Anderson and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kelle throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Arsscott fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
As Arsscott backs off Kelle throws a huge counter combo but Arsscott manages to avoid it all.
Arsscott fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Arsscott shoots in for a double leg but Kelle sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rigel Arsscott. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kelle ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Arsscott moves away.
Kelle rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Arsscott moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kelle swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Arsscott makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Kelle looks to throw the jab but Arsscott is out of range.
Kelle moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Rigel Arsscott has been cut.
Arsscott tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Kelle defends well and Arsscott ends up having to push Kelle into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Kelle fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A little feinted left hand from Arsscott on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Kelle throws a right hand that misses
and Arsscott counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kelle misses with a few strikes there.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Arsscott.
Kelle throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Arsscott counters with a right hand to the body.
Arsscott avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kelle looks winded!
Kelle pulls out of a head kick attempt.
As Kelle looks to move away, Arsscott throws a big counter combo bu Kelle just gets out of the way.
Arsscott avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Arsscott is looking to counter the offense by Kelle and move into the clinch.
Kelle takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Arsscott fails to land with a series of punches.
A big left from Kelle misses.
Arsscott scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Arsscott has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Kelle has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at The Hut - $50. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Arsscott is looking for a kimura but Kelle is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Arsscott to get the leverage.
