Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McFly fails to land with a series of punches.
McFly bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
McFly moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
McFly sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Hyde is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Hyde wants to control but McFly is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McFly takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

McFly's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

McFly shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than McFly was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Hyde tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
McFly controlling well, preventing Hyde from escaping the position.

Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards McFly.
Hyde is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
McFly is looking for a choke. Hyde gets to his feet with his opponent on his back and slams him to the mat. Hyde manages to squirm out of the attempted choke and turns into his opponent's guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if McFly can do anything to dispel that myth.
McFly bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hyde's guard.
McFly seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Hyde is wriggling around but McFly manages to pass to half guard.

Hyde is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if McFly gets his way!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

I would just about give that final round to Marty McFly.
Well McFly has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
