Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rowan Stevenson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 21 - 1, fighting out of New York, AL Lickertwat!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Steve Montenegro and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson moves forwards but Lickertwat connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Lickertwat just misses with a punch to the body.
It looked like Stevenson wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Stevenson drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Lickertwat scores with a nice right hand.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lickertwat, as that shot connected.
Lickertwat lands an overhand right.
Lickertwat cracks Stevenson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Lickertwat throws a half hearted mid kick.
Stevenson has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Lickertwat.
Lickertwat throws a nice looking combination but Stevenson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Stevenson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lickertwat has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Lickertwat lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lickertwat lands the left hand.
A punch lands to the side of Stevenson 's head but he takes it in his stride.
AL Lickertwat seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stevenson's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Lickertwat connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Stevenson scrambles back to his feet.
Stevenson definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Lickertwat throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Stevenson was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Lickertwat displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Stevenson.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lickertwat takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Lickertwat lands a head shot.
Nice body punch from Lickertwat.
Stevenson throws a push kick but Lickertwat slaps the foot to one side.
Stevenson scores with a decent looking hook.
A jab from Lickertwat does it's job there.
Stevenson checks the leg kick.
Stevenson fires out a quick counter leg kick but Lickertwat just manages to avoid it.
Stevenson pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Stevenson waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Lickertwat.
Lickertwat feints the counter takedown.
Lickertwat looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Stevenson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lickertwat.
Stevenson chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Lickertwat can pounce on him.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lickertwat lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Stevenson at a distance.
Lickertwat swings widly with a right hand
and Stevenson counters with a straight right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lickertwat throws out a leg kick but Stevenson moves out of range and Lickertwat only half commits.
Stevenson takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Lickertwat throws a right and a left that both miss.
Lickertwat throws a looping overhand right but Stevenson ducks down to avoid it.
Stevenson was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Lickertwat connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Lickertwat misses with a looping left.
Stevenson seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Stevenson avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Stevenson is looking to counter the offense by Lickertwat and move into the clinch.
Stevenson takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Lickertwat paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Stevenson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Stevenson lands a big head kick that sends Lickertwat tumbling to the mat! Stevenson takes a step backwards and waves Lickertwat back to his feet - he wants the finish!


Lickertwat is rocked!


It looks like AL Lickertwat has been cut.
Lickertwat misses with a right hand
and Stevenson counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Rowan Stevenson!
Rowan Stevenson really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that GREEN!160 logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
