Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dalton Xavier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Cantor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dalton Xavier! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Roger Cantor! The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Winston Howard and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Xavier throws an overhand right that lands on Cantor's shoulder, as Cantor tries to avoid the shot. Xavier throws a body punch but Cantor moves out of range. Cantor scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. The strikes coming from Cantor are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Xavier taking punishment in the form of punches.
Cantor in side control, just content to control the action for now. Cantor throws an elbow but Xavier slips to the side and avoids it well. Cantor landing strikes. Cantor misses with the ground and pound. Cantor has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Cantor tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Cantor has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cantor lands an elbow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Xavier is trying to improve his position. Cantor throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Cantor in side control lands a decent elbow. Cantor works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Xavier tries to get back to half guard but can't. Xavier trying to remain calm as Cantor controls from the top position. Xavier wants to get back to his feet. Xavier taking punishment in the form of punches.
Xavier knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cantor on the ground. Xavier is trying to escape the position but Cantor is controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cantor lands some shots froms side control. Cantor throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Xavier parries the strikes from Cantor easily there. Cantor is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Xavier to escape.
Cantor lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Xavier down.

Cantor sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Xavier is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Cantor lands a decent elbow from side control. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Cantor fails to land a wild elbow strike.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cantor working the body and head with strikes.
Xavier is rocked! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cantor cracks Xavier with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Cantor immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Xavier is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Cantor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Roger Cantor! Roger Cantor decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
