Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Abdi Faruk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yahweh Falwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Falwell's choice of entrance music: Don't Stop Believing. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Abdi Faruk! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 57 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Yahweh Falwell! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Faruk fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Falwell to the ground. Faruk is now in Falwell's guard. Falwell looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Faruk gets to his feet. Falwell looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Faruk darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Faruk is working for a submission of some sort.
Faruk is taking a breather. Falwell says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Falwell looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Faruk looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Falwell with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Faruk moves nicely into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Faruk working the ground and pound from side control. Faruk decides to take the fight back to the feet. Faruk feints and as Falwell raises his hands in defense, Faruk changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Falwell is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round. Faruk forces his way into half guard. Falwell is still in real trouble! Can Faruk finish him? Faruk maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Falwell could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Faruk has cracked it and Falwell is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Faruk!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Abdi Faruk! Abdi Faruk took to the microphone after his victory and thanked his sponsors, Arcticus University: London for their support in the buildup to the fight. Yahweh Falwell spoke after the fight, saying 'Hasa diga eebowai. I guess I didn't pray hard enough, or maybe prayed too much. I bet if I rolled more instead of praying, I might have learned to defend submissions. I guess it's God's will. But to quote George Carlin: "If it's God's will and he's going to do what he wants to anyway, why'.
