Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
27 - 16 - 2, fighting out of New York, Ilafat Urskilz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
40 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andrzej Gajewski! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Urskilz lands with a thumping leg kick.
Urskilz throws a good cross that connects.
Gajewski walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Urskilz misses with a wild body shot. Urskilz misses with a body punch
and Gajewski counters with a nice uppercut. Urskilz misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Urskilz throws a head kick but Gajewski moves out of range.
Gajewski is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Ilafat Urskilz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Urskilz looks to score with a jab to the body but Gajewski is just out of range.

It seemed like Gajewski was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Urskilz looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Gajewski throws a counter combo. Urskilz fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Gajewski on the side of the head. Urskilz is looking to wear down Gajewski with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Urskilz thumps Gajewski with a low kick. Gajewski checks a leg kick. As Urskilz backs off Gajewski throws a huge counter combo but Urskilz manages to avoid it all. Urskilz swings and misses with a shot to the body and Gajewski counters with a nice right hand that sends Urskilz toppling to the canvas! Urskilz scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Gajewski finish him?!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Gajewski moves out of range as Urskilz strikes. Oh Urskilz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Urskilz thows a leg kick but Gajewski checks it and Gajewski counters with a body kick. Urskilz just misses with a punch to the body.
Gajewski is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Urskilz's corner calls for a 1-2. Urskilz obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Urskilz seems to have got his legs back now. Urskilz tries a head kick but it misses.
Gajewski let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Andrzej Gajewski is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Urskilz misses with a looping left. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Urskilz.

Gajewski takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Urskilz lands a really nice looking cross but Gajewski seems unphased.

Ilafat Urskilz dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

and Gajewski counters with a straight punch to the midsection. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Urskilz throws a front kick that sends Gajewski stumbling back into the cage. Gajewski moves out of range of the leg kick from Urskilz. Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Gajewski might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Urskilz has got the better of the exchanges.

Gajewski moves forwards but Urskilz connects with a nice, crisp jab. Urskilz goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Gajewski looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Urskilz is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Gajewski can do to turn this around? Urskilz lands with a hook. Gajewski tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Nice body punch from Urskilz. Urskilz lands a nice shot to the body.

We've been informed that Gajewski has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Urskilz misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

The fighters circling - Urskilz throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Gajewski was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Urskilz definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Urskilz throws a leg kick and Gajewski cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Urskilz throws a body shot but no joy. As Urskilz backs off Gajewski throws a huge counter combo but Urskilz manages to avoid it all. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Urskilz misses with a body shot.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Urskilz fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Gajewski has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Gajewski checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Gajewski takes a head kick and keeps coming.
