Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anton Mirc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse Cox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cox is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Razormind Remix. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Anton Mirc! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jesse Cox! The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Donatello Bradman and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mirc's jab looks to have found its range, popping Cox under the eye. Cox looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Cox shoots and misses and Mirc makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Mirc stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Mirc wants it to stay on the feet. Anton Mirc has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jesse Cox. Mirc swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Cox on the wrong end of a nice jab. Cox with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Mirc to score with a decent uppercut. We've been told by Mirc's head coaches at Madz **21 Elite coaches** that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Cox tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Cox walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Mirc thumps Cox with a low kick. Mirc scores with a decent looking hook. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Cox scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. You can see the frustration on Mirc's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Mirc knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cox on the ground. Cox has hold of Mirc's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Mirc seems comfortable defending it but Cox has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Mirc is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Mirc is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Cox couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Jesse Cox! Jesse Cox decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
