Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gregory Brutos! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Piotr Kowalski! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Paulo Santos and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kowalski rushes Brutos and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. Brutos lands a takedown into guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Brutos gets a takedown into half guard. Brutos is thwarting Kowalski's attempts to control the position. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Brutos drops an elbow to the side of Kowalski's head. Brutos trying to pass the guard but Kowalski defending well. Brutos is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Brutos lands a nice short elbow.
Kowalski is rocked! Kowalski has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Brutos is working away from the top position though. Brutos takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Kowalski is still in real trouble! Can Brutos finish him? Kowalski trying to control here.
Kowalski seems to have recovered his senses. Kowalski taking some punishment here, with Brutos in his half guard. Kowalski is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Brutos's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Brutos's back! The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Brutos breaks Kowalski's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Brutos trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kowalski can do anything to dispel that myth. Kowalski closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes. Brutos is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kowalski can do to turn this around? Brutos goes for a takedown attempt but Kowalski pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kowalski takes the fight into the clinch. Brutos turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Brutos manages to end up in side control. Brutos in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Kowalski can't do much from the bottom here. Brutos is looking to take a break and control but Kowalski is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Kowalski gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Gregory Brutos overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Kowalski manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Brutos manages to get himself to full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kowalski is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Brutos is pulling down on Kowalski's head. It's preventing any offense from Kowalski, at least for the moment.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Kowalski takes the fight into the clinch. Kowalski is defending well against a takedown attempt. Kowalski gets underhooks to prevent Brutos's takedown attempt.

Kowalski is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Kowalski is fighting it off but Brutos persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Kowalski's guard against the ropes. Kowalski has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Brutos can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Kowalski looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Kowalski is pulling down on Brutos's head to control his posture. Kowalski is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Kowalski thows a huge punch but Brutos dodges it nicely.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Brutos wants to improve his position but Kowalski is controlling well.
And that's the end of the fight! Piotr Kowalski comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Kowalski has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
