Tuft comes to the cage accompanied by Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike - The Hum . Gunnar Tuft could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jon Randy's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gunnar Tuft! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Randy! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Eddie Farnsworth and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Randy doesn't manage to clinch there - Tuft circles away.
Tuft swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Randy moves into the clinch successfully.
Tuft lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Randy throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Tuft scores with a shoulder strike. Randy takes a shot to the head.
Randy is rocked! An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Tuft. Randy is still on wobbly legs! Can Tuft finish him? Tuft has a couple of punches blocked by Randy.

Tuft throws a head punch that misses. Tuft swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Tuft misses with some punches.
Tuft tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Tuft blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Tuft misses with a short punch on the inside. Tuft lands a body punch. Tuft blocks an elbow strike. Tuft misses with some punches.

Randy seems to have recovered his senses. Tuft lands a left hand that snaps the head of Randy backwards. Randy looks winded! Randy misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Tuft.
Randy takes a shot to the head. Tuft breaks the clinch.
Tuft cracks Randy with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Randy falls to his knees and Tuft doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gunnar Tuft! Gunnar Tuft decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
