Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marc Charbonnier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyson Dale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Charbonnier comes to the cage accompanied by MC Hammer - U Can't Touch This. The crowd seem to be enjoying Dale's choice of entrance music: Killing in the name of . The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marc Charbonnier! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Kyson Dale! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Patrick Alders and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dale is looking to score with low kicks. Dale tries to clinch up. Dale lands with a straight right. Charbonnier didn't see that one coming. Charbonnier fails with a takedown attempt. Kyson Dale seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nice cross by Charbonnier. Charbonnier has been working on his balance at Lights Out™, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Dale. Dale doesn't manage to clinch there - Charbonnier circles away.
Charbonnier tries to counter with a takedown but Dale is quick to defend against it. Dale misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Charbonnier manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Dale on his heels. He'll look to pass Dale's guard now, I'm sure. Charbonnier controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Charbonnier keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Dale's head. Dale avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Charbonnier is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Charbonnier lands a couple of digs. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Charbonnier is in close to Dale's body, working some short punches and elbows. Charbonnier postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dale utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Charbonnier prevents Dale from getting back to his feet. Dale has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at The Fortress. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Dale really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Charbonnier. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Charbonnier is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Dale has momentary wrist control but Charbonnier slips an elbow through the middle. Charbonnier with a nice head shot there. Dale avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Charbonnier makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Charbonnier controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Charbonnier scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Charbonnier works over Dale with some ground and pound from guard. Charbonnier is working Dale over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Charbonnier distracts Dale with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Charbonnier controls from within his opponent's guard. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Charbonnier's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Dale is rocked! Charbonnier controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Dale wants to stand but Charbonnier is controlling the position. Dale being controlled here, momentarily. Charbonnier working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Dale's head. Charbonnier has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Charbonnier won't allow Dale to get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Charbonnier stands and throws Dale's legs to the side, diving into side control. Dale on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Dale takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Charbonnier cracks Dale with a big elbow. Charbonnier controls the position from side control. Charbonnier lands a nice forearm strike. Dale is still in real trouble! Can Charbonnier finish him? Charbonnier lands a strong strike to the head of Dale. That's dazed him! Charbonnier looking to finish here. Dale is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Charbonnier lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marc Charbonnier! In his post fight interview, Marc Charbonnier started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception. The defeated Kyson Dale had this to say: 'I will be back, bigger and stronger! '.
