Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perhana scores with a jab to the jaw.
A shot to the body from Perhana misses
and Officer counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Pate Perhana has been cut.
Perhana bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Officer's head.
Perhana moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

We've been informed that Perhana has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Perhana misses with a lunging right hand
and Officer counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Officer moves forwards but Perhana connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Perhana takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Officer lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Perhana dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Officer. That did some damage!
Officer fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Perhana, pushing him back against the cage.
Perhana jumps guard but Officer turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Perhana pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Perhana fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Officer looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Perhana lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Perhana keeps the fight on the outside.
It seemed like Perhana was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Officer takes a swing at Perhana's ribcage but misses.

Perhana goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Perhana connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Officer has closed the distance and engaged Perhana in a clinch.
Perhana fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Perhana gets through Officer's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Officer can't find room to land a body shot as Perhana controls the action.
Come on Perhana - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Officer gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Officer pushes Perhana up against the cage in a clinch.
A right hook to the body lands for Officer.

Perhana jumps into guard, dragging Officer to the mat.
Officer pushes down on Perhana's leg and manages to get into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Perhana tries to roll over but Officer keeps him under control.
Officer seems to be looking for submissions.
Perhana is looking for a sweep. Officer is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Officer seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Perhana does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Officer tries to pass the half guard into mount. Perhana knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Perhana is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Officer pulls his head out easily.

Perhana tries to get to full guard but Officer has control of the leg.

A close round but Pate Perhana will probably get the nod.

Perhana misses with a straight right.
Officer appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Officer looks to score with a jab to the body but Perhana is just out of range.
Officer misses the shot to the body.
Officer connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Perhana momentarily.
Police Officer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Officer tries to close the distance and clinch up but Perhana swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Officer lands a jab to the head.
Pate Perhana seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Perhana throws a leg kick which misses Officer's front leg but catches the back leg as Officer tries to avoid it.
Officer fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Perhana to the ground. Officer is now in Perhana's guard.
Officer forces his way into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Officer passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Perhana!
Perhana is controlling an arm, preventing Officer from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Perhana is trying desperately to improve position.

Perhana defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Officer.
Perhana keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Perhana tries to improve his position but instead Officer has taken his back!
Officer is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Perhana has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Officer is hanging on to Perhana's back as he tries to escape.

Perhana is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Officer gets his way!
Perhana is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Perhana turns into Officer and is now in his guard.
Perhana trying to control the position from guard on top but Officer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Officer has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Perhana should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Officer has tightened it up now! Perhana should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

In his post fight interview, Police Officer started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
Pate Perhana was interviewed post fight and said 'vittu'.
