Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mamed Khalidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taj Gibson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Khalidov might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Mamed - CoreMoon. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khalidov gets the takedown into side control.
Khalidov passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Gibson!
Gibson is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Khalidov takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Khalidov is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Gibson is defending well though. Khalidov let's go of the attempt for now.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
