Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Hugh Johnson and Darius Henderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clarke fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Boone has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Boone fails with a takedown attempt.
Clarke shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Clarke tries to free his leg and advance position but Boone is retaining full guard.
Boone has Clarke pulled in close to control his posture.
Clarke slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Clarke is taking a breather. Boone says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Clarke drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Boone has Clarke pulled in close to control his posture.

Boone wants to sweep but no luck.
Clarke advances to half guard.
Boone tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Clarke looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Boone is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Clarke is working for a submission of some sort.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Boone is trying to control but can't.
Boone is controlling Clarke's trapped leg to prevent Clarke from advancing to side control.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Clarke shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Boone defends it nicely.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Nice sprawl there from Boone as Clarke shoots in.
Boone looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Clarke is fending him off so far but Boone persists. Nope, Clarke circles away and we're back to standing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Clarke pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Clarke has a takedown stuffed.

It looks like Jamaal Boone has been cut.
Clarke shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Boone as he jumps to the side.
Boone went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Boone closes the distance and clinches up with Clarke, looking for a takedown. Boone pushes Clarke against the cage but Clarke circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Boone misses with some punches.
Clarke turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Boone can't do much from the bottom here.
Clarke creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Boone sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Boone tries to lock up and control but Clarke gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Clarke takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Oh Boone is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Clarke lands a big shot to the head and Boone winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
