Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Silik Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Maven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hunt might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to London Calling. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shigeki Fujiwara and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maven takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
We've been informed that Maven has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
The crowd cheers as Hunt lands an impressive looking overhand right. Maven doesn't seem phased though.
It looks like Marcus Maven has been cut.
Maven slips under a jab.
Nice uppercut there from Hunt.
Maven throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hunt on the side of the head.

Hunt fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Maven.
Silik Hunt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Maven paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Hunt explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hunt is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Maven uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hunt.

Hunt misses with a low kick as Maven jumps back.

Hunt closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Still in the clinch, Maven scores with a nice short uppercut.

Maven works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

As Hunt backs off Maven throws a huge counter combo but Hunt manages to avoid it all.
A nice inside leg kick there by Hunt. That's going to slow Maven down.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Hunt is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Maven doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Hunt crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Hunt's bad books for that mishap!
