Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lewis Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Petter Anier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
16 - 8 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lewis Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
22 - 30 - 2, fighting out of Tokyo, Petter Anier!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yukihiro Shimada and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anier gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Lee breaks from the clinch.
Lee's corner calls for a 1-2. Lee obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Lee throws a solid leg kick but Anier takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Lee.
Lee tries to bum rush Anier with a series of wild strikes but Anier uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lee swats away the attempt to clinch by Anier.
Anier throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lee was covering up waiting for the punch and Anier finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Lee has his hands on Anier's head, controlling the position.
Lee is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Anier has gone for a leg lock! Lee slips out almost immediately though and dives into Anier's guard.
Lee slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Lee decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Lee has been working on his boxing with his coaches at LOD: Xtreme MMA in the buildup to the fight.
Lee throws a hook but Anier blocks it.
Anier doesn't manage to clinch there - Lee circles away.
Lee avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A slow jab from Lee misses its intended target.
Anier rushes Lee and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Lee scores with a nice hook to the head.
Anier has picked Lee up - he's going for a ride! Anier dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Anier is working for a kimura but Lee is defending it quite comfortably.
Lee might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Anier is thwarting Lee's attempts to control the position.

Anier has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lee holds on for dear life.

Anier throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Lee because Anier loaded up on that one.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lee wants to hold on but Anier pushes him away.
Lee tries to reverse the position but Anier maintains control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lee tries to lock up and control but Anier gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Lee is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Anier is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Lee is in a horrible position here. Anier smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Anier cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Lee is wriggling around trying to escape.
Anier avoids the attempt from Lee to control.

Lee is squirming around, avoiding Anier's attempts to control the action.
Anier might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Lee haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Lee can't escape the position.
Anier trying to control but Lee is having none of it.
Anier lands with some strikes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Petter Anier dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Lee looks to score with a jab to the body but Anier is just out of range.
Anier wants to counter with a clinch but Lee pushes him away.
Lee throws a head kick that misses.
Anier closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Petter Anier has got the better of the ground game so far.
Anier in side control lands a decent elbow.
Lee tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Lee is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Anier off and has taken his back!
Anier rolls, trying to escape but Lee keeps control of the position.
Lee is not going to allow Anier to sit and survive in this position.

Anier looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
You can see the frustration on Anier's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Anier manages to reverse the position and now he's in Lee's guard. Nice work there by Anier.

Anier shoots in for a double leg but Lee sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Anier blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Lee lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Anier wants to take the fight to the mat but Lee manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Anier is defended easily by Lee.
Lee lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Anier shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lee as he jumps to the side.

Lee jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
It looks like Petter Anier has been cut.
A combination from Lee does no damage.
Anier fails to land the takedown.
Lee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

It seemed like Anier was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
No joy there for Lee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lee throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Lee misses with a few strikes there.
Anier tries to close the distance and clinch but Lee swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Anier gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Lee scores with a shoulder strike.

The cut man is working on Petter Anier's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Lee throws the left hand but Anier avoids the punch easily.
Lee feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Anier's calf.
Anier walks into a straight right hand from Lee.
Anier shoots in for a takedown but Lee shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Lee looks to land a combination but Anier avoids it well.

Anier pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Anier.
Lee is looking to counter punch.

Anier jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lee walks away with a smile on his face. Anier gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Anier wants to clinch up but Lee keeps it at a distance.
Lee lands a jab-cross combination.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lee closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Lee pushes Anier back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Lee blocks the elbow strike.
Anier misses with a knee to the head.
Anier's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Lee has a couple of punches blocked by Anier.
Anier changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lee fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Lee is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Anier can do to turn this around?
Anier has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Lee finds it's way round the side to connect with Anier's head.

Lee lands with a hook. Anier tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Lee misses with a straight right.
Lee uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Anier is rocked!
Lee throws a hook but Anier blocks it.

Lee darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
A slow jab from Lee misses its intended target.
Anier moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Anier stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Lee.
Lee connects with a jab.
Anier shoots in and gets a takedown into Lee's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Anier postures up.
Lee looking to hit a scissor sweep but Anier is one step ahead there.
Anier seems to have recovered his senses.
Lee has his hands on Anier's head, controlling the position.

Lee's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Anier postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Lee is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Anier, into his guard.
Anier pulls Lee in close to prevent any damage.
Lee decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
And that's the end of the fight!
