Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Knox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sunny Kirosawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knox throws a hook but Kirosawa blocks it.

Knox is looking to clinch.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Knox wants to clinch up but Kirosawa keeps it at a distance.

Kirosawa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Knox tries to avoid it but Kirosawa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Knox to the ground. Knox escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Knox tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kirosawa paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Knox moves in looking to clinch but Kirosawa pushes him off.

Knox lands with a kick to the temple. Kirosawa shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

The cut above Sunny Kirosawa's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Kirosawa throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Knox bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Sunny Kirosawa's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

and Kirosawa counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Knox wants to stand up but Kirosawa is controlling him.

Knox is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Knox is looking to stand back up but Kirosawa counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Knox.
Knox pushes Kirosawa off but Kirosawa dives into side control.
Kirosawa is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Knox will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Knox, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
