Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Lewandowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yoshihiro Takeyama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Robert Lewandowski has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Robert Lewandowski seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Robert Lewandowski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yoshihiro Takeyama! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Sano and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Takeyama throws a right hand that Lewandowski ducks under and follows up with a left that Lewandowski also avoids with ease. Takeyama pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A little feinted left hand from Lewandowski on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Takeyama closes the distance and lands a one-two. Takeyama throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lewandowski is looking to counter punch. Takeyama tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Takeyama throws a series of punches but Lewandowski avoids them all with ease. Takeyama fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Takeyama throws a series of punches but Lewandowski avoids them all with ease. Lewandowski throwing a counter right hand but Takeyama manages to avoid it. Good leg kick by Takeyama there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

It looked like Lewandowski wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Takeyama fails to land with a series of punches.
Lewandowski swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Takeyama tries to bum rush Lewandowski with a series of wild strikes but Lewandowski uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Takeyama throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Lewandowski counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Yoshihiro Takeyama has been cut. Takeyama tries to land a front kick but Lewandowski steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
That's one minute gone in the round. Takeyama throws a sloppy head kick and Lewandowski cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Takeyama throws a head kick that misses. Lewandowski is looking for a counter combo. Takeyama looks winded! Takeyama throws a head kick but Lewandowski moves out of range.
It looked like Lewandowski was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Lewandowski blocks a head kick by Takeyama.

Lewandowski throws a big counter combination but Takeyama scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Lewandowski avoids a punch combination nicely.
Takeyama throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Lewandowski counters with a right hand that sends Takeyama tumbling to the canvas! Can Lewandowski finish him? He dives into Takeyama's guard looking to do just that! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lewandowski stands up and waves to Takeyama to follow him. Takeyama looks to land a body kick but Lewandowski moved away. Lewandowski was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Takeyama thows a leg kick but Lewandowski checks it and Lewandowski counters with a beautiful punch that sends Takeyama to the canvas!
Takeyama is rocked!
That has opened up Yoshihiro Takeyama's cut even more. Lewandowski stands up from guard. Let's bang! Takeyama throws a leg kick but Lewandowski moved away. Takeyama throws a head kick that misses and Lewandowski counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Takeyama to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Lewandowski!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Robert Lewandowski! Robert Lewandowski was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
