And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Sergei Dronov and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pajulahti changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pontes looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Pontes takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
It looks like Hugo Pontes has been cut.
Pajulahti cracks Pontes with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Pajulahti grinds an elbow into Pontes's temple.
Hugo Pontes's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Pajulahti scores with a couple of short elbows.
Pajulahti scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Pontes is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Pajulahti can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
