The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Cuh lands an impressive looking overhand right. Gripper doesn't seem phased though.

Gripper fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Cuh sprawls well initially but Gripper persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Cuh has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Gripper is working away from the top position though.

Gripper is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Cuh is just riding it out for now. Gripper eventually gives up the hold.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cuh is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Gripper pulls his head out easily.

Cuh is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Gripper jumps into side control!

Cuh is wriggling around trying to escape but Gripper has hooked up a rear naked choke! Is it over??? Is it... you're damn right it is! Cuh taps out and Gripper picks up the big win! Great work there by Gripper!
