Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Blanket (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Dever (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jordan Blanket! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joe Dever! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Hirohito Nitta and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blanket gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Dever moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Dever connects with a jab.
Blanket is rocked! Dever fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Blanket manages to avoid it. A combination from Dever does no damage. Dever moves into the clinch successfully.
Dever manages to break the clinch.
A thudding body kick lands there by Dever!
Dever connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Blanket momentarily.
Oh Blanket is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Dever misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Blanket tries to counter with a takedown but Dever is quick to defend against it. Blanket tries for a takedown but Dever sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dever swings for the body but Blanket moves out of range.
Blanket seems to have got his legs back now. Dever lands a left and a right that send Blanket crashing to the mat, dazed. Dever thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! Dever slaps away a takedown attempt from Blanket, before circling back to the center of the mat. Dever moves into the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dever breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Blanket doesn't succeed with the takedown and Dever counters with a big right hand! Oh Blanket is in trouble here! Dever follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joe Dever! In his post fight interview, Joe Dever started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
