Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Arshnoor Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Azar Qasi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Singh comes to the cage accompanied by 2Pac - Hit 'Em Up. Qasi is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by For Whom The Bell Tolls. Azar Qasi has the eye of the tiger tonight.

9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Azar Qasi! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Qasi misses with a takedown and Singh cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Qasi lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Qasi. Qasi feints a jab promting Singh to slip. Qasi then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Singh slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Singh moves out of range as Qasi strikes. Singh is looking to counter with head kicks. Qasi misses with an uppercut
and Singh cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Singh really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Singh looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Singh tries a low kick but Qasi avoids it. Singh slips a straight right by Qasi. Singh slips under a jab. Singh has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Qasi misses the jab. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Singh throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Qasi throws the left hand but Singh avoids the punch easily. Singh lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Singh plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Singh uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Qasi.
Singh looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Good exchange - Qasi coming out on top.
That's one minute gone in the round. Qasi avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Qasi closes the distance and clinches. Qasi lands a left hand.
Qasi tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Singh's elbow. Singh wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Qasi has him pressed against the cage. Qasi gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Qasi is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Qasi passes Singh's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Qasi wants to work for an arm triangle but Singh is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Qasi checks a leg kick. Singh takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Qasi might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Qasi fails with a takedown attempt. Azar Qasi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Singh fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Qasi is out of range. Qasi lands with a right hand. Qasi swings and misses with a shot to the body and Singh counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Singh connects with a leg kick. Qasi looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Qasi swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

Singh connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Qasi moves out of range of the strikes. Singh walks into a jab. Singh takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

and Singh counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Qasi avoids the head kick by Singh.
Qasi throws a series of punches but Singh moves out of range. An attempted straight right counter from Singh misses the target. Qasi digs a good body shot into Singh's ribs. Sloppy strikes from Qasi. Those never looked like landing. Singh thuds his right hand into Qasi's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Qasi throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Good work by Qasi as he checks the leg kick. Qasi misses with a combination
letting Singh counter with a right hand. Singh lands with an uppercut that bounces Qasi off the cage and back into range. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. A punch combination from Qasi misses. Qasi darts in looking for a takedown but Singh gets double underhooks and turns Qasi into the cage. Arshnoor Singh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Azar Qasi. Qasi is breathing heavily. Singh stuffs the takedown. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Arshnoor Singh will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Singh throws a big counter combination but Qasi scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Singh tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Qasi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Singh moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Singh buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Qasi moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Singh throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Singh throws a sloppy head kick and Qasi moves out of range easily. Qasi misses with a lunging right hand
and Qasi takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. A jab from Qasi finds it's way through Singh's defenses. Qasi drives through and clinches with Singh against the cage.
Singh escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Qasi is rocked! Arshnoor Singh is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Qasi closes the distance looking to clinch enabling Singh to counter with a crisp jab. Qasi is still on wobbly legs! Can Singh finish him? Singh is looking to chop away at Qasi's legs. Singh feints and then cracks Qasi's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Qasi down. Qasi misses with a double jab
and Singh cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Singh drops Qasi with a straight right hand, right on the button! Singh follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
