Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chad Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and El Loco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

30 - 22 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, El Loco!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Aleksandr Martynov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loco defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Smith.
Loco misses with a looping left.
Loco throws the left hand but Smith avoids the punch easily.
Loco pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Loco throws a nice outside leg kick.
Loco moves to clinch but Smith breaks away
so Smith counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Smith trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Loco is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Loco working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Smith.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Smith in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Smith tries to move to mount but Loco blocks the move with his legs.

Loco felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Loco stops Smith from passing to mount.
Loco is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Loco tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Smith wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Loco can't do much from the bottom here.
Smith is trying to get an arm triangle but Loco is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Smith tries to advance to mount but Loco denies him.
Smith is looking to take a break and control but Loco is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A control attempt from Loco but he's now mounted!

Smith controlling his opponent.
Smith has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Loco's face.
Loco wants to hold on but Smith pushes him away.
Loco is wriggling around trying to escape.
Smith has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Loco is still trying to improve position.
Loco takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Loco really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Smith trying to control but Loco is having none of it.
Smith wants to finish this one by submission but Loco is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Smith.

Loco is squirming around, avoiding Smith's attempts to control the action.
Smith thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Smith prevents Loco from getting the reversal.
Loco is in a horrible position here. Smith smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Loco is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Smith has control of Loco's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Loco regains control of the situation pretty easily.
We've been hearing that Smith has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Loco sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Loco has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Smith is on him like a limpet, forcing Loco back against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chad Smith dominated that round.
That's time! Smith's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
A lazy left from Loco finds it's target.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Loco lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Smith has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Smith and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Smith is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Loco can do to turn this around?
Loco takes the fight into the clinch.
Loco breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Loco thows a left - swing and a miss!
Loco feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Smith sprawling to the canvas! Smith rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Loco finish him?!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
and Loco counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Smith! He's just covering up as Loco starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). El Loco!
